We'd love to host your party!

MHCA, in partnership with our Concession Vendor, is pleased to offer hassle-free parties for our members. 

 

Member Facility Rental is $150 for Private use of a shade structure for a 3-hour time period from either 11am to 2pm or 4pm to 7pm each weekend.  Weekday parties are also available, but parties must conclude by 6pm.

Answers to common party questions

What's included with my facility rental?

You are provided access to a shade structure for use during your party.  Please note that you are not granted exclusive access to the chairs at/near your event outside the shade structure.  Our members have the right to use the lounge chairs near your pavilion.  The chairs are for the use and enjoyment of all members and their guests and your guests are welcome to use any chair on the property.  We do not permit you to "save" chairs for your party guests, however.

I am not a member of the pool club.  Can I still host a party?

In order to provide the best possible experience for our members, we do not allow parties to be hosted at our club unless you are a member of our club.

Can parents drop their kids off for my kid’s party?
We do not allow drop-offs for children’s parties. Parents are welcome to accompany their child at no charge, however if you would like to provide them food/beverages additional charges will be incurred.

Am I allowed to bring my own food/drinks?

Food and beverage must be purchased directly through our concession vendor who will be able to fit your budget and/or dietary requirements.  In order to provide you a quote, you will work directly with the vendor to obtain pricing for the size of your event and the number of guests you intend to feed/serve.  We do not allow outside food/catering for our events.

Can we serve alcohol?
Alcohol is not permitted for any event held during normal operating hours.

 

Am I responsible for my guests?
Yes, you are acting as the host/sponsor of your event and your guests are expected to abide by the rules of the pool for a safe, happy experience!

Once the party is over, do we have to leave?

You're welcome to enjoy the club for the balance of the day, however you will need to vacate the pavilion area once your event has concluded to allow us time to prepare for the next event and/or allow us to open the space to our guests.

Am I allowed to bring in paid character/entertainment/games, etc?

Yes, in most cases.  Please be sure to review your plans with us prior to booking to ensure there are no surprises.  We must review these kinds of plans to ensure operational and liability concerns are addressed.

How do I secure my date?

Once you're ready to secure your date, you must submit the $150 facility rental.  Your date is not secured until this fee is collected.  

​

What if it rains?

A decision must me made 72 hours before the event.  If you'd like to cancel or reschedule at this time, we will work with you.  With 72 hours of the event, events are non-refundable as staff and supplies have been secured.
