Homeowners,
We sincerely look forward to seeing you at the Pool Club on Sunday, October 17th. We received a lot of feedback about conflicts with 11am Sunday, so we are changing the time to 2pm in hopes this allows more Homeowners to attend.
In advance of that meeting, we want to provide you with as much information as possible, so we are attaching the following items in advance of the meeting on Sunday:
The 2021 YTD Actual, updated as of October 8, 2021 and 2022 Proposed Budget - included in this are recommendations of the Current Board for 2022 and beyond, based on our experience
An Information Sheet (FAQ) - this has been prepared using the many questions we’ve received in the last few months - and we’ve tried to anticipate a few more
As we prepare for the Sunday meeting, we want also provide you with an Agenda:

If you are interested in Board service, please submit a letter of interest to mhswimclub@gmail.com and CC: monmouthheightscommunityinfo@gmail.com and mail a paper copy to: PO Box 808, Manalapan, NJ 07726
Bring a chair to the Parking Lot - we want everyone to be comfortable, to be able to see and hear each other, etc.
